Self care day. Still not feeling the best. But I got new soap.
I feel better today so I did hard cardio and then a good arm workout. It’s super hot outside.
Hopefully this makes up for slow content. I’m down about 20lbs, too. (That’s two house cats for some frame of reference)
Sorry for the lull in content. Been a lot going on. Work was a very long day yesterday and I seem to have caught a cold.
