I'm six days in on my cleanse, and it's going well. The first four days were a vegan diet--and I actually had very little trouble with that. I don't know if I could ever commit to full-time vegan--but that diet makes sense to me. I'm on Day 2 of the liquid diet . . . it's harder, so far.
