Audrey and Mary part 5
Worked this up for fun, accenting the size difference between Audrey and Mary. I'm going to color this as I have time.
Ask 36
Took me a while to come up with a remotely clever answer to this.Ask is something I put together to give the $12 tiers participation. Those in the tier can ask my characters questions in this post here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/ask-steering-11767320and I will try to illustrate it as a warmup, like so. There are always so many, there is no chance I will get to any new questions, soon.
The Constant Argument
I thought I'd whip this up real fast for no particular reason.
Color Consistency Woes
I'm noticing a weird consistency issue with color saturation, which is especially noticeable as I put lots of panda oranges in "The Awakening". At first, I noticed Patreon over-saturating my colors when I uploaded them, but then I realized that was just happening in the Chrome web browser, and not others. Odd. Now, while using a prior page to pull the color for Lynne, and apply it to t...

Brooke Consistency Edit
It'd been a while since I made one of these pages and I forgot that I was outlining the text fields with black lines, for greater contrast, since there is no color on the page. When I first posted this, there weren't any outlines.Oops.Anyway, if you want to keep your collection consistent, feel free to download this one.
Irma Update
The storm is gone and things are fine. I have power and water at my house and I'm working hard to clean up and get everything back to normal as soon as possible.
Gift for Genwyn
The hurricane isn't hitting very hard, here. Still got power and all other services. I managed to finish this gift picture I did for Genwyn and his girlfriend, who are good folks. For those wondering, while Genwyn is a red panda in my universe, in inferior universes, he is a girl-butted pony thing guy.Hoping with things being fairly tame, I'll be back at my place sometime tomorrow and read...
Well fuck...
Every time I think I'm going to get back on a normal production schedule, shit like this keeps happening. Welp.If it remains an apocalyptic prediction, I'll be fleeing to Georgia. The good news is, because my work computer is a laptop, I should still be able to keep in touch and maybe do a little work. But for now I have to prepare for this Biblical storm. But let's hope it doesn't...
Kaori
Finished this one up today.
Comic Rewards 9-5-2017
The Awakening moves on. I was only able to put together 5 new color pages instead of the usual 6, because of my move to a new place. Nonetheless, things are going as planned, and unless hurricanes interrupt me, I should be able to finish this comic in September. You'll find pages 1-17 attached to this post. The back issue list remains the same this month, and will be like this until December. Ev...
Kaori - WIP
It's been a long time since I stayed up late working on something. Kaori keeps taking shape, and I'll be coloring this little intro sheet as soon as I can.
Work Vid 18
Testing out a new microphone more than anything, with this short video, and discussing a few comments I received in my last post to the steering committee tier.Video attached.
Microphone Ickery & Steering Committee
Since my move, I don't have access to my former room mate's microphone, and when I tried to make another video for the $12+ tiers (you guys), the sound was so terrible in my new studio, that I couldn't share it.So, I went ahead and ordered one for myself from Amazon. When it arrives, I'll start making vids again. Here's the gist of what I covered in the vid:Due to my move, I'...
Kaori's Handy
Colored this up. The male is based on the hyena from the male archetype sketches I did a billion years ago (last month, I think, actually).I wanted to spend the rest of this month just focusing like a laser on the Lynne comic, since my move cut into my production time a lot. But I felt like getting away for a bit and doing this one, anyway.
Kaori's Handy
Still working on Kaori in bits and pieces. I really just wanted to help get down her colors and then this happened. So, this'll be colored.
Brooke Goes To College 11
Still finding time to work on things like this, while the bulk of my time is dedicated to catching back up on the the Charles/Lynne comic since my move.
Ask 26
It's good to be back and producing things, again.
New House, New Friends
This cat showed up while I was working on the new house a bit, and made friends with my cat, Spartacus, through the glass. The orange cat has only half a tail.Things are going well. Tomorrow, I hope to get in some work. I'm going to plunge right back into the Ask illustrations, and then full on into the Charles comic, as well as some prelim work on future black and white Brooke pages. So, I hop...
Office Construction
Things are coming along on schedule. I hope to have this office up and rolling by the end of the day.Yes, I prefer to face into a room, instead of facing the walls. (I also prefer to face the television while I work sometimes).
