I was browsing through my unfinished videos and this October 2012 effort caught my eye. I touched Victoria 3 up a bit here and there, refined the animation, added a new background and lighting, and voila!As usual, it's short but designed to loop as long as you like. And thanks to Muse Mint and InstaGiffer, I've also attached a GIF version. Enjoy.
