We're Gonna Need A Bigger Room
The cameras kept clipping through the walls and roof trying to get a good shot of her at this size, and pulling the focal length gave too much of a fishbowl effect.Swapped out the Inspiration Room set for the old skylit loft. Also tweaked the figure. Currently seeing where the limits lie, hanging more cams.

I wanted to keep the Soror Octarine character concept active in some way, so I migrated her characteristics from Kaede over to Asuka. Kaede was going in a completely different direction as a result of a stream of consciousness piece I wrote about her character.

So many sessions of trial and error plus long simulation times make finding the sweet spot quite a challenge. I purchased the DAZ add-on Squishy Human and it turned out to be a bit different than I expected but still worth it. It's a Genesis 8 or 8.1 figure with separate simulation settings for flesh, bone, breasts, and buttocks. Somehow I ended up making a photorealistic, 10-year timeskipped Senko for the test character. The belly collides with the lap nicely, time to explore the possibilities
First Official Day of Vacation - Antiwork
I worked through some Blender tutorials that, while useful, gave me no insights into why I have so much trouble getting my characters into Blender for animation. Realizing that this was the first actual day of vacation time, I committed to do nothing like work for the rest of the day. I'm just throwing ideas at the wall and developing what sticks.
