The Mage
The final drawing from my most recent Picarto stream. The theme was St. Patrick's Day but the last 2 drawings were from the anime series The Ancient Magus Bride. LinkThis is Elias Ainsworth the main protagonist from series. Link He's an ancient being of great magical power with a complicated background.
The treasure at the end of the rainbow
The first drawing I started during my most recent Picarto stream. The theme was St. Patrick's Day so of course Leprechauns were a classic for the holiday, and Petina is wee folk in her original mouse form. Some people were surprised I didn't do her in a sexier outfit, but I wanted her to be dressed in a more traditional outfit. Besides she fills it out just fine.
Make your queen and mother proud!
Chrysalis tucked the young changeling into the crib. Under the faint greenish glow of her horn the Queen of the Changelings reminded her offspring of it's task. Her voice hissed softly."Nnnoowww. You know what I expect of you. You know deeds you must do. Do not fail. Succeed and you will be richly rewarded. Fail and you will harshly punished!"She then smiled and picked up the swaddled ...
Heading toward the next town
Another of the drawings I started during my most recent Picarto stream. The theme was St. Patrick's day, and griffin, or gryphon, is apparently a surname with some roots in Gaelic culture. So I decided to draw an anthro griffin bard, and I think Gabby the Griffon would be perfect for the job.So with her bodhran on her right hip and her sword and buckler on left heads off for her next town. Enj...
Wanna ride me?
The strange mare rested her jaw on the back of her hands grinned at the newcomer."Oh! Who do we have here? All alone and wandering along the shore under the light of the moon!" The mare whinnies a soft, chilling laugh. "Ya look like a strong one but so am I. Tell ya what. Ya best me in a test and I'll gladly give myself to ya."The mare's eyes seem to glow with a phosphoresc...

The Newcomer
We were not the only ponies who were interested in the carriages and the furniture van rolling through the gates of the Silver Mirror estate Link in my Equestria dreamscape. Ponies started coming out of the mansion and the outlying buildings to see who and what was arriving. The carriages and the van came to a stop on the roundabout in front of the mansion. Some members of the house staff came out ...

Getting help
Hello. You may have noticed I haven't posted as much in the last week. This is due to a couple things. First I have a very large color commission that is ramping up and is taken most of my time. However, at the start of this week also got my second Shingles vaccine shot and oh boy does it pack a wallop! Still glad I got it because getting Shingles is even worse, but for most of yesterday and al...
Taking a water break
A patron reward for Dusty_Katt and he's a big fan of the Wonderbolts. So he asked me to do a drawing of Misty Fly who doesn't get it enough love.In particular he wanted Misty drawn as a pit mare wearing a Mobil One style catsuit also we decided to develop an anthro version of the Mobil pegasus logo. Link
Striking Little Image
A piece I started during my most recent Picarto stream. The theme of the stream was mystery art materials. This meant I was working with a combinations of unusual, and unfamiliar, materials. This has resulted in some surprising discoveries, but also some failures. One of the early successes and discoveries from these streams was Unicorn Spit and mixed media on pine or poplar wood panels. However on...
Serving Treats
A patron reward for Octavia Melody. Of all of my characters Vipera Vixen is one of the most mercurial individuals.Get on her bad side or when she's in very bad mood and it might be the last thing you see. Link But when she's in a good mood she can be very playful. Kinky as hell, but still playful. It appears that in this cross universe piece Octy has encountered her in the playful state. T...
Saddle Blankets and Midnight Soup
While Applebloom tried to reboot Link her brain; down in Ft. Trotterdale my household had decided to step out for lunch in my Equestria Dreamscape. Rehearsals for Scratch's upcoming tour were still occurring, but the lack of a fully functional steam engine meant that full rehearsals were not possible right now.Steel Strut mood had improved for a little while with the termination of Silver Sold...

A recent moment from my Equestria dreamscape. Marble Vein arched her back and draped her right front leg off the divan she was lying on to look back at the newcomer. Thump! Thump! Thump!
Have you ever had a situation which seemed totally ordinary to you, but for another person who was there it was a profoundly different experience?Well in my Equestria dreamscape that has happened to Stone Mane and Applebloom. For Stone Mane he was just annoyed by the fact he needed to get to work and his work harness was suddenly not fitting right. For Applebloom it was a profoundly different exper...
So. What are you drinking?
Apparently a follow up dream in my Anthro MLP dreamscape. Recently I had a dream that had taken place after the Royal Sisters had abdicated the throne to Princess Twilight. In the previous dream Celestia had applied for a position as a farm hand at Sweet Apple Acres. Link After I posted that piece I had commented to several people that I could Luna get a job as a bartender. Well last night I had th...
Centaurworld Rider study 01
Some more development art for an upcoming Centaurworld related commission in a sword & sorcery setting. Yesterday I posted some development art for Horse Link. Today, here's my take on Rider.
The New Farm Hand
From recent dream in my anthro MLP dreamscape. At the moment I don't know if it will be a one-shot dream or whether there will be more in the future. I think Petina would like to see more episodes of it.In this dream the Royal Sisters have abdicated roles as Co-Rulers of Equestria to Twilight Sparkle. With lots of spare time on their hands the sisters have started picking up various hobbies, p...
Centaurworld Anthro Horse study 01
This is a study drawing for an upcoming commission. It will be a chain mail barbarian piece with an anthropomorphic version of Horse from the TV series Centaurworld. This drawing is testing out certain variables in the concept. For this design I am keeping the bridle and incorporating certain design cues of it into other aspects of Horse's outfit. However the client will have the final say in ...
Waiting for her date
The final piece that I started during my most recent Picarto stream. The theme that evening was Valentine's day. Princess Twilight sits at the restaurant table and waits for Page Turner to arrive for their Hearts and Hooves meal.
Soft Centers
Another of the pieces I started during my most recent Picarto stream. The theme was Valentine's Day and chocolates are a tradition on that day. My muse Petina really likes chocolates especially the ones with the soft centers.
Preview of upcoming things
Another of the drawings I started during my most recent Picarto stream. The theme that evening was Valentine's Day.Since she's a professional underwear, lingerie, and swimsuit model my skunk muse Rosemary Parker is natural for this topic. Here we see her practicing trade.
Taking Aim
This is the first drawing I started during my most recent Picarto stream. The theme was Valentines Day.A topic that has reoccurred in previous Valentines Day streams is archery, and as the Princess of Love I could see Cadence employing it a way to spread love throughout the land. Just from extended range, and with pinpoint accuracy.
May he sail the galaxies in peace
Today we lost one of the most influential manga artists of the 1970s and 80s with the death of Leiji Matsumoto. Link It's hard to adequately describe just how influential Leiji was to anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture. His work helped define several generations of fans, and his art work inspired countless other artists and creators. May he sail the galaxies in peace.Edit. For folks not fam...
