The point of this vid was to splash Sylva with water and watch the body paint run all over her. But, to my surprise, the makeup was super durable and it didn't go as planned.

One of my most popular body paintings from 2011 painted on Sylva. this was the second time I painted it. Originally there was a version for the North American Body Paint Championships. I decided to repaint it because the original required pasties and a thong. I always find those things a bit distracting.

Inner Child on Alison

This was from a very old series I never really completed. The idea was to paint a portrait of the model as a child on her torso using a childhood photo as reference. In this video, the model is Alison Little. I personally believe the goal in life is to live it to the max while trying to retain as much of your inner child as possible.

This was my VERY FIRST official body painting on Anna published waaaay back in 2005 for Boston's Boink Magazine. Photography by Christopher AndersonI thought up the idea to paint her backwards starting with her underwear until I added shirt and pants. Then the photos were displayed in reverse to make it look like she was undressing.I've come a LONG way since then.

Clean up time with Sawyer

I don't often document the removal of body paint. But considering the setting this time, it seemed like a cool opportunity. People often ask how long it lasts. Metallic makeups are usually extremely durable, usually dependent on skin type. Luckily for Sawyer, it didn't take a ton of effort to remove. I love the way the makeup looks as it runs mixed with water and bubbles.
