Getting hard to move and breathe
Every time I adjust myself on the couch I have to lift up with my arms between the back and arm of the couch. Usually this causes my shoulders to pop. It's getting hard to move around easily. Mostly just stayed plopped on the couch or the bed.
Haven't been doing much
I've mostly been stuck in the house lately. Not sure if I'm bigger, but I kinda feel like I look a little bigger.
Feeling better after a painful week
It's been so painful this past week with the cyst on my tailbone. I'm finally feeling better 😁

Hey all! Took a little break. I've had a cyst on my tailbone. Also lately I just haven't felt bigger. Usually hard to feel motivated that way. I will be back in my regular schedule likely today..Thanks for your support
