Born in 1991, Oakley is a transgender maned wolf who helped Maggie out of one of the first real mishaps in her activism. She joins the plight to advance banyaks in society, since she identifies with their struggle after a her own life experience. Meanwhile, she works as a contractor to get permits for all sorts of new, banyak-friendly architecture that could someday become the new norm in society.
