Sini-Bus (Speech Bubbles) SD

Added some dialogue, because while I might not have TIME for comics atm I still think in comics. And it was a good excuse to try out Clip Studio's speech bubble tool which I'd heard good things about. Also also I added a hotdog alt which is also in the textless versions! Enjoy :)
