I have wonderful time of recovery after hard 2023. I do sleep a lot, walk with my girls, meditate. I donโt check any social media and almost not using my phone. Only maybe 5 min per day and of course I talk with dad. But also Iโm not watching movies, YouTube and the most important thing is that Iโm not reading news. Some kind information detox. I start practicing when I moved to Dnipro in 2017. One year of practice and it was wonderful experience. But then I decided to start doing yoga with Helen (she worked in this ballet studio) and now I do yoga almost 6 years!!

Sorry guys for the delay. I forgot to turn off 4k quality and it was hard to upload this video from public WiFi. Also after I recorded this video I had a call from internet company and they said there is no updates when the engineer can come to fix my problem ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ They will call me on Friday to tell if itโs possible to fix it next week. Honestly I have no words about this situation....

Hi guys! I know I didnโt tell anything about my surgery but Iโm still recovering โค๏ธโ๐ฉน Planning to record a video for you tomorrow and stay online. Unfortunately I had bad reaction on sedation and also I lost my voice. Iโm sure in 3-4 days I will be completely fine. Kisses ๐

4 hours of spa was so good that I donโt remember anything because I felt asleep on massage and in Turkish hammam stream room. It is very interesting variation of sauna but it also includes rituals. Very helps to recover after stress.

This hat was given to me by my father's wife. It is made from astrakhan fur. It belonged to her grandmother! I think this is the most perfect hat I've ever owned.
