Found this cute lil coffee shop, Spring St. Cafe, right around the corner and 9 floors UP from The Last Bookstore in downtown LA after a third harrowing trip to the Franchise Tax Board. Fingers crossed that this will be my LAST trip to the FRB clearing up bureaucratic paperwork nightmares.
