I've been experimenting with a new method of animating the hands. The hold on the bar is now fixed, it looks like she is actually holding on to it, instead of it just floating about.

I'm sorry this took so long to make, I was going to put audio on it, but I just couldn't get around to it. But it was so long since I promised this animation that I decided to post it as is. Maybe next time I can do better. I'm not satisfied with the animation quality either.
