Yesterday I twisted my shoulder in a wrong way..the pain was so severe it extended to my neck and my arm went completely numb..I got rushed to a Dr after hours of crying and screaming. I've been on intense pain killers since yesterday and obviously i gotta wear this neck brace for a while I'm getting better thankfully but it's a slow recovery 💔 I just wanna say sorry if your reactio...
