Happy Caturday
Happy Caturday and sorry for the lack of posts. Merri has been managing SAF in MN as Ethan and I have been working down in Florida at SAF South. Here are some of our feral kitties we are caring for in Florida! There is a program we have been working with where we trap the kittes and they get taken to a shelter and fixed and vaccinated. Then they either get adopted at the shelter if they are friend...
Hai Nikita!

Sly
Some of you may have noticed that you haven’t seen a great deal of Sly recently. In so many ways, not a one of us can believe that we are having to make this post, but, Sly passed away unexpectedly a little while ago; and, truthfully, we aren’t dealing with it very well.Sly was a best friend to so many of us here, and human and animal alike are still hurting deeply from his loss.We will announc...
Volunteer spot light: Brenda Lucas
Brenda began volunteering at Saveafox last autumn and has been an excellent addition to our team. About 5 years ago I got to volunteer at an animal farm in Sandstone Mn working working with bear, wolves, and...

Serafina Pekkala!
Can you believe our little Pickle fox is one? Seffy came to us at 2 weeks old and is a permanent resident; Mikayla says that she reminds her very much of her beloved Farrah fox.Whats’s your favourite thing about Seffy?
Jabraska Jagger Nebraska FOX
I have a gopro harness to put on Jagger so he can get his dream job as a videographer for main yard. I just need to catch up on the other videos I'm behind on editing. Editing gopro videos is a lot of work and the main reason I usually just stick to my phone for a recording device!Honestly...editing videos isn't my thing. Im thankful Ethan does the edits --Mikayla

Splendid Miss Sophie
What do you think is making her laugh so and who do you think said or did it?

Someone left a bag of bags to close to the fox enclosure. The foxes pulled it in and made a huge mess! 😆
Hi Zhivago!
I was bringing Zhivago an egg. We’re best friends, I just haven’t told him yet! Both Mikayla and I have made huge progress with Zhivago - he has been with us since 2018 and has been completely terrified but now, we can both hand him food and he rarely if ever hisses at us now. We don’t need him to be a lap raccoon, but it certainly makes us feel better knowing he feels safe and far less stres...
