Gosh, someone is pale!!I started fasting yesterday!! Not to lose weight, but its a great way for detoxing the body and cleansing it.Gives your organs a break. Also, it helps achieve mental and spiritual clarity. Sorta like yoga. Together, it is amazing!I lasted 3-4 days before. Winter Is Upon Us

So last night, turned on the coal fire stove!!Finally, warm enough for some nudes!!

Than I scrambled back into my WARM clothes!I have NO central heating!! Just a coal, wood stove that wasn’t turned on!!I am wearing thigh high socks! Wool men’s long john’s I brought out today! A fleece undershirt…a wool long john men’s sweater…And a turtleneck…forget what the name is…poncho??I will continue to push myself to take more nudeart although it’s getting COLD for winter...
