Content in the Works
I just wanted to thank you guys for your continued support. Life has been hectic lately but I'm glad to say I will have more time for filming, etc after this weekend!

A few of my summer courses end tomorrow night so I'm planning on fitting in a video hopefully on Thursday :)
Weekly Weigh-in
Here's my empty stomach weigh in from earlier today and I'm beyond pleased with the results. Went up a full 1 percent in body fat % and I'm now categorized as "acceptable" instead of "healthy/active" π

Never Thought I'd Say This But..
McDonald's is in my top three of fast food options. There's something so pleasing about how I feel after stuffing like this. Funny how there is a night and day difference between this one and the one closer to me but I'm thrilled with the consistency and obsessed with the rewards app π
