hey dudes, i'm gonna start slowly coming back from my hiatus the next few days, and will continue with comic pages and everything else this month. i think my break helped and i'm glad i took it, but i'm definitely not back at 100% yet. i'm doing everything i can right now tho. tracking what i eat, therapy, adjusting meds (over and over again), exercising daily until i'm exhaust...

i'm doing a little bit better now, still need some more time before i'll be back at 100%. removing the stress of work and deadlines seems to be helping tho! i'm trying to get some medication adjusted now and easing back into drawing/writing slowly. i think the few years of nonstop work finally caught up to me haha... always take breaks, kids...
