Just got myself an electronic weighing scale I’ll be doing my weight and measuring my belly, ass, chest, biceps and thighs on the 31st of this month. Need some help with a goal for the new year, I was thinking to go up 2kg a month, what use think? Let me know any suggestions in private mail ✌🏼
