Blendcache files were too large to upload, so after opening the file you need to select "Smoke Domain" object from the outliner on the right, go to the simulation settings, find the smoke cache and delete.After that, click bake and wait for the bake to finish. Then, you should be able to scrub through the timeline and find the smoke shape that you like.It can be pretty CPU intensive.
