GG Secret Files - Donna Dynamo

Man comic book style shading is hard to figure out. I know it involves lassos and airbrushes but beyond that? Seems like magic.Anyway back late 90s early 00s DC put out these Secret Files and Origins character breakdowns that I always liked the style of and since this year marks the 10 year anniversary of the Golden Girl concept I thought that even if I wasn't going to be a part of the semi-of...

Earl Grey Ojousama Gold

Much to my absolute lack of surprise Earl Grey won the poll.

High Horse

I meant to get this done last month but between not being able to figure out the pose, the setting, or the dress, and then accidentally overwriting the work files and losing half the progress, this one fought me every step of the way.

Choose your beverage

Although I suspect I know what will win, as per usual I will not explain what this poll is for so as to not influence it.

Strawberry Kiwi

Bird Up

The Age of Aquariums

Doctor Livingstone, I presume

(Freaking leaves.)

April Art Dump

What I was doing in between stress naps, Palworld, and failing to get The Girl From Apartment 36 done. I'm uploading these mostly because the pickings for this month would be dangerously slim otherwise.

Centaur Hyperpreg?

Polling the audience. 40% for the pun, 60% because I was thinking of doing a monster girl month and that kind of thing is a bit iffy and out of my wheelhouse. It'd be a single belly style, not double.

The Girl From Apartment Thirty Six

First rank in the poll was this one by a surprisingly wide margin. Sorry, it took way longer than expected because a bunch of stuff happened (including but not limited me crunching my fender), Yoshitaka Amano's logo art style being really difficult to emulate, and writing being hard. Also yeah, this one comes with a story.

What's Next

Choice paralysis and everything looking like crap has taken hold so I'm gonna offload the decision making to the universe. Pick what gets priority:

Hex 2

Hex ZA? i dunno. Just jumping on the bandwagon in an attempt to kill the burnout. And because the pose didkinda look like trying to balance.

Urban Beautification

...So basically 2/3rds of the way through remaking Triple Chair I started hating it and I couldn't figure out her color scheme and the revised pose I had in mind wasn't really anything. Then I couldn't decide on a background either until the idea of putting her in front of a graffiti wall, which of course mean having to draw some. But it helped inform her color scheme and design a bit ...

Top Heavy Chair HD Remake

Earlier in the month I came across an incredibly old drawing of mine in the wild. It's so old that I can't seem to find the original copy or file name, so I can't say what the concept was back then. But it stuck in my head enough that I decided it was worth revisiting. At first I tried doing a direct 1 to 1 remake but then it wasn't really doing it for me so I decided to just take t...

Robin Day 2

January Art Dump

Thought I clicked submit on this yesterday but apparently I just saved it as a draft. Whoops.Anyways, stuff you might've seen making the rounds, and some you haven't, including Gnarlyotaku's Naomi, a character from an Adipose-Rex story, LadyCathryne's Specialist, etc....I ended up drawing a lot of glasses this month for some reason.

Little Barria, Big Borgar

Icymasamune's Barria

More Golden Guardian Stuff

Wanted to do some more comic booky styled stuff and abs and also practice different face shapes

Birthday present for CappuccinoSquid

Year of the Snek

Let It Snow

I'm not dead. This was just a nightmare month when it came to finishing things and this one fought me every step of the way.The good news is that it means I have 3-4 wips that are close to being done, so at least I'm going to start next year off better.
