I had a little scary episode yesterday regarding my physical health, more specifically my back. I had a very sharp, stabbing pain right in the middle of my spine that had me shaking in a panic attack (I hope that's what the shaking was from).The shaking stopped with some controlled breathing, and the pain partially stopped with some painkillers.Long story short, this was a long overdue wake up...
