4.3 general fix
This is the first iteration of the tool and it will be likely updated with the few remaining hashes we are lacking later down the week. As you can imagine this consumed a lot of time to even achieve so not much to update on other than that.Offset.ini broke a tad, I will be pushing an update in the following hours.
