Flip Canvas too slow? Fix it

Photoshop very slow with flipping canvas during drawing, so best way to fix it >>>Use "Flip Horizontal" in View menu instead "Image rotation" in Image menu.

Nothing hard, create new layer above stripes --> set it to "color dodge" and draw with soft brush by soft yellow color.If someone will need video - i'll record it
