YOOOOOOI hit a sort of slope in the beginning on the month but after that I could only go up!I took a week vacation with my most wonderful boy, and decided to relax and I guess I sorted some things out going on in my brain and Im now feeling great!

THE YEAR IS OVER THANK GOD!Even tho its been super hard I think that, as they say, after getting in a hole the only way is up and that is what I did! I’ve seemed professional mental health and even tho I feel anxiety on a regular basis I think I finally feel like a fully realized version of myself.
