My real job is super busy today! 😅 If you’ve sent me a message I’ll respond asap thanks for your patience 🫶Did you know I’m also a certified personal trainer and nutritionist? These programs are for an online client. She has an app where I deliver her workouts and meal plans. She also tracks her food and lifts so I can see she’s staying on track and checks in with weekly progress photos, all in the app. Pretty cool huh! 😎
