Where does he get those wonderful toys?
Answer: he builds 'em!
I put this wonderful bit of immobility together over a weekend. If you hadn't seen one, it works like this.
With your heels on a soft surface, several bars hold a plank above, attached by bolts. The feet are flexed backward, exposing the arch fully, and the press is then tightened down...causing a wedge so tight the subject cannot budge.

The rest of the body is secured to the bench (ergo: bench press) - and the ruthless tickling begins! Our object of study this time: Summer Vixen!
