Gwen wanted to try everything I had, delightful ! Bench presss is fairly new, so I’m going to spread it around a lil moire.
Seated and strapped down, their toes are pressed back in a vertical vice, locking their soles in a full open position. Firmly set in place the fun begins! As always, I poke, prod, and test for all the best spots and which tools work best. And of course, the worst ones are used again….and again….and again.
