Happy wavy Wednesdayđ„° some pole work in some sweatpants and socks. This flow is mostly upper body strength work cause itâs hard to grip in sweatpants but great for arm training! Also leg flow technique. Dancing in socks helps my foot flow transition smoothly. The goal is to always be as smooth as possibly when dancingđ„°
