I found a recipe for high protein waffles using cottage cheese, oats, eggs, vanilla protein powder, and some vanilla extract. Omg!!! I even bought this cute little waffle maker. It made 6 - 4” waffles and I ate every single one of them 😋😁 and not an ounce of guilt! It was about 550 calories and 63 grams of protein 😁!!! Yeah the carbs were kinda high too, but mainly because of sugar free syrup. Next time I’ll add whipped cream and syrup to my body so you can lick it all off me😋😘.
Ended up making a few more treats with cottage cheese (puréed)…cookie dough (it was okay) and like an ice cream with cottage cheese and frozen blueberries and vanilla protein powder. That was delicious!!!!
My lates inbody scan I did at the gym revealed in 2 months I’ve gained 2.5 lbs muscle and at 17.2% bodyfat I was stoked!!! Super pleased with myself and progress.
