Medicine helps with the belly pain and other βinconvenientβ symptoms. He just said I have a microscopic inflammation in the intestines possibly due to the gastric bypass surgery 15 yrs ago or because of the healthy diet. I could eat simple carbs, but I donβt like that option. Feel like thatβs how I got obese all those years ago.
Oh and idk how or why but sometimes my iPhone alarm just doesnβt go offπ€¬. Happened this morning and overslept. I have it set for 4.50am M-F and never change it. π«π©π€. Now setting backup alarm for 4.51π
