I’m still getting in the workouts, but like this weekend I literally spent the entire time on the couch underneath the heat blanket. 😩. I have so much I need to do. I’ve decided to not move forward with the trainer. I just couldn’t justify paying her just to give me the nutrition macros. She said it’s for the workouts she’d plan and the communication and check in. I have a free online trainer so don’t need her workouts. As for the nutrition, I’m honestly having trouble sticking to it anyway so I’ll continue to track everything I eat and did some research as to macros possible should be.
