This process over past several weeks has been extremely stressful, time consuming, and exhausting. The mental challenge is different and challenging! I’ve shed tears several times. I’ve had to deal with lack of mental clarity, cognition, and focus. I’m so hungry and the energy levels are so low, but yet I’m still having to live life and doing workouts. I’m entering what bodybuilders consider PEAK WEEK. 😮💨. Thanks for positive vibes and support!!! Miss and luv y’all 😘
