Basically shut my door at the office so not to deal with anyone. She just said it’s definitely due to lack of nutrition and it’s part of the process. This is why some never even make it to the stage because of the restrictive diet for months and then all the calorie reductions. Then you have 2-2.5 hour workouts. I’m still hanging in 😮💨. Super stressful at work until mid next week. Just two more weeks😖😩. Every time I see 11:11 I just ask for strength to get me thru this prep and take the stage. Hopefully the new competition suit gets sent soon and I’ll have to show you😋. Night night!
