🕑 Added 2024-10-02 02:10:12 +0000 UTCTrainer did a follow up inbody scan. In 3 months I’ve lost 8.6 lbs fat, 4.8%body fat. I’d only lost 1 lb of muscle through this prep which is fantastic! The goal was to drop fat and retain as much muscle as possible! So now I’m at 17.3%body fat with just under 2 weeks til stage day😬. So still at very reduced caloric intake. Now it’s drinking as much water and keeping water in the muscles. Then late next week I’ll need to get rid of as much water between skin and muscles with diuretics 😩. Not a fan, but part of the process. Off to bed!
