🕑 Added 2024-09-17 09:06:33 +0000 UTC My apologies for not posting in a few days. The calorie reduction and adjustment of macros has me getting headaches in the late afternoons and are splitting in the evenings. I’ve been going to bed early. Adding salt substitute for the potassium into my pre workout and whenever else I salt stuff because I cramp so bad in my muscles. Apparently this all means I’m doing it correctly 😩. Idk how much longer I can take!!! I did get my suit ordered and should be here to try on for you in a few days. I’d show you a pic, but I don’t want to spoil the surprise. Off to the gym😘. Have a great day everyone. Love you 🥰
