🕑 Added 2024-08-08 00:57:55 +0000 UTC I’m already sick of chicken and ground turkey. Only 11 more weeks of eating it daily 😩. I’m eating 300 grams. Should be eating 450 grams which is about 1 pound a day, but choosing protein shake instead. Trainer has me eating over 180 grams of protein a day. I’m taking this challenge one day at a time 😬
