I get in position and begin to try and lift, but it's quickly obvious it's way to heavy for me, but I keep going, pushing, lifting, as hard as I can. I keep coming up with excuses as to why I'm not able to lift it. Blaming the weights/ bar, I move onto the lat pull down, again struggle after struggle it's obvious I cant lift, despite my cocky attitude.. I finally move onto the peck deck, out of breath and sweaty I carry on my cocky attitude, blaming the machines while I struggle over and over.
