🕑 Added 2021-10-10 07:03:27 +0000 UTC π LOCKTOBER - Day 10 *Extra prep for this month* Get yourself a few unused condoms, a push pin, something that vibrates, a butt plug, stretchy rubber bands (already introduced) and make fresh ice. SOME of these MAY be used in the program later in the month, and youβll want to be ready. Todayβs Locktober tasks: Jumping jackass Male testosterone has destroyed many things in this world. Itβs not always evil, but it inherently creates false ego and bravado that you are learning to curb within yourself. 10 sets of 10 jumping jacks in the morning and evening. If you own panties wear them. Do this naked otherwise and really widen your legs in each out stroke. Feel the weight of the cage pulling that testosterone inward. Create a mantra that builds on your affirmations (30 minutes). Send it to Me. Letβs see if that testosterone has fallen and your intention has grown new wings.
