Recently a loved one shared something with me that I was inspired by. How allowing to embrace the parts, of yourself, that you push aside or are embarrassed about to the surface and embracing them. For example the darkness that resides within you, but you’re too scared to face it. Allow the darkness to co-exist with the lightness. It will create balance and harmony. Get REAL with yourself and be FEARLESS with yourself first. The things we fear most, reside within us. Facing yourself is the scariest thing you can do. Today, I invite you to get real. That is self care.
