We all have the idea of how connection should feel like or be like, but are you actually experiencing it beyond the walls of your mind? 🧠 So how does connection relate to community? You can be around a group of people and still feel lack of connection. What is dividing you to feel connected to the community? Or what is holding others back to connect with you? Especially in a time of Social Media where we can connect easier, why does it feel harder? 😩😑 What is the bridge that allows you to cross over from community to connection? Here’s the secret... Vulnerability. Vulnerability allows you to be in the present moment and connect with others. 🖖🏼 Vulnerability is not weakness. Being vulnerable shows strength.
