🕑 Added 2020-11-06 00:24:03 +0000 UTC Hey you!๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธTherapeutic Thursday! RAISE DA ROOF Therapeutic practices help restore health and treat it as oppose to preventing any illness or disease. ๐ฆ How do we approach therapeutic practices without going through with the action of therapy? Well, letโs begin here, when the body is out of harmony, chaos begins to emerge. A lack of harmony turns into failure. People have two personality traits. One that is constructive and one that is destructive. How do we get harmony and poise in our lives through our traits? For starters, having a solid foundation will be needed. Your mind is a broadcasting system. One thought is an electrical disturbance that carries itself theough an electrical nerve that also travels through a current. When your thoughts are out of alignment, there is no harmony. If still confused, be mindful on whether you are thinking your thoughts or someone else's thoughts. When you figure that out, youโll have a desire to organize your mind. When you start organizing your mind, you turn failure to temporary defeat. Then temporary defeat turns into poise. And poise... turns Harmonious. โ๐ผ๐
