I woke up and immediately thought of the pile of tasks I need to complete so I rolled over in bed and slept for a few more hours. A lovely subscriber described the amount of tasks as a "mountain" and it made me think about when I've been hiking and dreaded to begin. Ultimately if we look up and think about how exhausting it will be to climb we may deter ourselves to begin. So take it step by step. Have a break. Take in your surroundings. Appreciate what you accomplish as you go on. One step forward is a step closer to the peak. You've got this. Just knock off one task today. Don't think about tomorrow because you're not there! You're here, reading this, and realising one step at a time.
