I've just looked up the book which is supposed to help you wake up earlier and seize the day but all the reviews make it sound shit. I went through a phase last year of waking up early and I experienced a new found enthusiasm for getting things done. But life isn't about how productive you are. Thankfully though, waking up early made me feel less guilty about doing things like yoga, napping, bingewatching TV because I'd got up early and accomplished a lot in the morning. I am becoming less of a party girl lately, plus I want to try new things and see what changes for me. I'm tired of being tired and having a list of goals. I want a list of accomplishments! What if is they say? Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Let's try something new! ๐ฅ
