Welcome back to Mental Monday and to the week that the iPhone 15 comes which I am super excited to receive mine so that I can have up to three camera angles at a time for my exclusive content!
I got a lot of great feedback on my last video so thank you everyone seriously you guys are boosting my self confidence like crazy and it is much needed. You guys are phenomenal people so remember that a bad moment in your life or failure to reach a goal doesn't define who you are, it is how you rebound from the failure that determines what kind of person you are.
I may have failed to get 3 repetitions today for benching 295 pounds, but that doesn't mean I can't do it next week on Monday! My current goals are to get 295 for 3 repetitions next Monday and then 315 pounds for 1 the first week of October. I know this isn't a lifting channel, but it is just something I am excited to do and reach a new max. It is all about the little goals you set for yourself on the way that make life more enjoyable.
