✨ How are you dealing with negative emotions?
For me my perfect therapy is dancing. I take the song that touches me and I allow myself to express and explode and relieve everything. Is it so much pain inside of you, sadness, frustration, or anger, or resentment, or maybe shame. I dance it all out.
But I do allow myself to feel it. The pain..Be sad, be angry, be apart from everyone. Sometimes your best transformations and lessons has to be through pain.. It’s like braces, everything atches and hurts, but over time it will eventually fall into place.
