He has an appointment again in 6 weeks, so let’s see if we can keep this momentum. Regardless, he’s broken his little up-and-down plateau! It seems like switching from homemade shakes to Boost has been the key! Also, consistency with eating times. We’ve been actively at this since early 2020 when he was a tiny lil 370lbs, and we’re still learning tips, tricks, and science behind it all.
