I’m so great full for this badass community of women that I get to experience such a vulnerable space with thank you @she_is_sam and @mscaitlynbrooks for holding space. • Also later this weekend I went to a tie workshop put on by conscious rope artists which was rad because not only did we learn ties we also connected through our bodies and breath. • BDSM is an incredibly healing space for me. The act of mindfulness throughout a scene is mandatory and as someone with a fair amount of trauma I have clung to the present moment for all aspects of healing and growth over the years.
