In regards to mindset, one thing Iām learning that can really throw it off is jet lag. That ish is awful! If you can make being healthy on the plane (lots of water, supplements, standing breaks, blue light glasses) and then sleep both a priority, it will game change how you walk into the new city. As well as the mood you have immediately.
Iām starting to get better at this so definitely let me know if you have any travel/mindset/health optimization questions!
