They call it “festive,” but sometimes all the rushing, planning, and expectations just feel too much. So, how do we fight this pre-holiday funk?
Here’s my plan:
🌟 Create a warm, cozy atmosphere with soft lighting and candles.
🎵 Play some music that feels like a hug for the soul (or a little party in my head).
🍫 Indulge in a guilty pleasure—sweet treats or maybe something a little naughty.
💭 Remind myself to take a deep breath and just be—the magic finds us when we least expect it
What’s your secret to beating the holiday blues? Or do we just ride this wave until the champagne pops on New Year’s? 🥂
